If I cancel premium before my renewal date will my card be credited at a pro-rated rate?

Just wondering if I cancel my premium subscription part way through the month if I'll still be charged for the whole month.

If you cancel before your renewal date, you won't be charged the next month, when your period ends you'll downgrade to free.

So I can go ahead and cancel now, but my premium service will keep working until my renewal date?  It just will no longer renew?

Yes, you have already been charged up to the renewal date. After the renewal date that will count as another month and you would be charged at that point.
