If I delete an acccount with my email can I still use it again later?

I haven't tried .it on Spotify specifically but I have totally deleted an email from somewhere and used the same email and it worked brand new.  I haven't tried it but it should work if you delete totally

Yes as long is there is no registered account under the email then you can use it again. So just delete the one account and you can use that email later.
