If someone is listening to one of your playlists that person will here ads if he/she has Spotify free.

The ads play for free users after a set number of listens regardless of what songs or playlists they are listening to.

A free user listening to a playlist created by a Premium user will still hear adverts and there isn't currently a set number of songs between adverts. Hope this helps!
