Ik heb nooit premium gedownload en betaal toch

Hey, 

iedere maand krijg ik een rekening van 9,99 terwijl mijn spotify free is. Daarnaast betaalde ik iedere maand een spotify premium abbonement van 4,99 voor mijn zoon, terwijl ik daar nooit een afrekening van zie. Ik heb al gecontroleerd dat mijn status echt free is en op het account van mijn zoon onder het onderwerp facturen kan je zien dat deze allemaal 4,99 waren. Ineens is wel zonder reden het account van men zoon van premium naar free gezet.

Let's check if you and your son have multiple accounts. You can find many suggestions on how to do this here. You guys could be logging in to the wrong accounts.
