Il pagamento risulta non effettuato ma hanno preso i soldi dalla carta

Ieri hanno addebitato il costo mensile, e sui dettagli della banca vedo il pagamento. Ma sulla sezione pagamenti mi risulta che oggi proveranno a rifare il pagamento perché ieri non è andato a buon fine.

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Check your receipts page and make sure that the payment actually went through. If you have actually paid but this is not visible on your account, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If you still cannot find your subscription, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
