Hi there I am already a premium user I am chgarged

I recently upgraded to an S9 Samsung phone and now i cannot use this service I am paying for I cannot cancel as it tells me i need to be a premium user which I am can you either cancel this from your end and refund me 4 months worth as this is how long I have had my new phone and have not been able to use this service or can you fix your end so I don't lose out I don't want to use my credit card again if this service is still in use I have tried everything and nothing works I want to be able to use this premium again but I don't want to pay again..  Please email me ASAP I want answers as to how to fix this please you either cancel this premium or fix it..

 

As you can see I pasted a copy of my last payment to this email..

Definitely email Spotify about your problem. Also, go check out the refunds page. Try leaving premium by going to your account on a computer. if worst comes to worst you can just cancel the payment with your credit card or, if you have to, get a new credit card so that the plan cancels.
