Im being charged for a premium account I am not using

Im being charged for a premium account I am not using

My wife and I have had several accounts between the two of us over the last few years. We are still being charged $11 a month on our credit card though I do not know what account it is for. We have signed into all the accounts we can but they are all set to FREE. Somehow, there is a mystery account out their chargings $11 every month. I need to track it down and either utylize it or stop it.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you track down the account using your payment info within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
