Im confused about my acct. i need help!!!

i had spotify premuim and it was connected to my old facebook acct. i have a new facebook acct and cant connect to my spotify premium acct. when i logged into spoitfy under my old facebook acct, it doesnt have my music anymore. its wiped out and it says im using the free acct. spoitify just charged my 10 bucks on 11/25/2014, and i have no music. im currently using my free subscription and paying 10 bucks! do i have to start all over?

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support (they can fix it for you, deleting one of your accounts and transferring all the playlists and subscription to the other) filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

 


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
