Hey @aleookr, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It sounds to me like you might accidentally be using two separate accounts. Can you triple-check that you are using the same login details on your mobile device and your computer? Also, your Subscription panel should list you as Premium, if it doesn't then let me know.
