my fiancee can't create an account on Spotify.
She tried many times, but impossible... I have an family account.
What do we have to do ?

Please provide some more info about your issue.

Why is she unable to sign up to Spotify? Is she seeing any error messages? Is the site not reachable? Is a button not working?

Thanks for your answer.
On the regular site, the page loads wihout end.
By Facebook, an error message appears and invits to get some help.
We tried on Firefox and Chrome...

I'd recommend trying it on another device 🙂
