Impossible to change credit card in Brazil!!!!!

I cancelled the credit card used to pay Premium (family package). Have been trying to replace it for a while, nothing works. I go to "Assinatura" (subscription), "Atualizar Dados" (update info), feed my credit card details, nothing happens. Tried before the monthly charge many times, tried again after expiration, different cards, nothing. PLEASE HELP!!! I want to pay, you guys apparently do not want to receive!!!!!!

Hey @efslanfra,

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
