Impossible to regain customer support chat access

Hello,

I have a support query that has been ongoing for weeks.

However now trying to access the customer support chat and no access?

Also, this community forum support just wiped my text, due to error of having not selected a Label.

Now selected a Label 'Account' and retyping out what I remember from the original Spotify community forum support.

Q1: how can I export my Liked Audio (songs/podcasts etc) from my car account (which is a Spotify Premium complimentary account from the car company) to my private Spotify account, so I can listen to audio when not in the car?

Q2: how can I regain access to the Spotify chat support? Chat support sends me on a wild goose chase to do this or find that, and now that I have completed the task, I need to return to the answer.

The Spotify customer chat support window opens with my past chat, however I cannot type text in the dialogue box.

Yes, I'm logged in to my account.

Yes I've clicked around and refreshed the webpage.

That's an odd error, have you tried opening the link to contact them from an incognito window or another device? Please give this a try. Alternatively, you can reach out again in their contact link here
