Hi! I have a big problem with spotify 😞

I've deleted my Facebook account an Spotify ask me and ID and a password.
But, the first time i use Spotify it was with my FB account!
So I have never created an ID and password.

I've tried to "reinitialise" it, but I ve never receive an reinitialising e-mail in my mailbox.

I've a premium account, i've deleted my Facebook account and it seems there is any possibility to connect me to my account without facebook!

I've contacted the "support" service (ref 00994532 and 00993426 but i've never receive a response! Grrr!

Have you checked your account profile to make sure the correct email address is shown? You should get a reply within 24 hours (often quicker) so keep an eye out and be sure to check your spam folder too. If you receive an automated response from a no-reply address, please reply to it to make sure your case reaches a consultant.
