In Canada, had Premium account....

So I am a New Zealander living abroad in Canada for the next few months. I had Spotify before I left and upgraded to Premium. All was well until I lost my VISA and got a new one so my payment didn't go through on the old VISA - I forgot to update it. Anyway, I go to update the account payment options and it jsut tells me Spotify isn't available in my country. I have been a subcriber for about 5 months already and I just want to update mu credit card details but it won't let me! Please help!

Hello!

Spotfy is not currently available in Canada (Hopefully soon!), so if your new credit/debit card is registered in Canada, then it won't work. If you are still a premium member you can use your account anywhere, but you can only pay with a credit card registered in the account your profile is listed under, then you go back to free (2 weeks for travel time).

Hey thanks, except the credit card is a New Zealand one, and it doesn't even give me the option to put my details in...

You should be able to change your country to New Zealand from your account page and then enter your card details. If that doesn't work for some reason, please get in touch with the support guys and they'll get this fixed for you.

It is New Zealand and I have contacted them and it has been unsucessful.....
