In Norway with Dutch account --> can't find certain artists

Hi,

As the subject says I have a Dutch account and residing in Norway for half a year. In the Netherlands I could find any song, but now I can't. My Norwegian colleague can find music that I can't find.... Any idea how that is possible? Something to do with rights or something?
