In my account I can't use the premium benefits.

In my account I can't use the premium benefits.

I'm in a family plan but I am the only one that can't use premium. In the family plan my account appears but can't use it. Why and how can i fix it?

To accept a Premium for Family invitation, open the link you received and click ACCEPT INVITATION

If you already have a Free or Spotify-created Premium account

  • You’ll be redirected to a new browser that contains a pre-filled token. Click REDEEM

If you do not have a Spotify account

  • You’ll be directed to create a Spotify Free account. 
  • After doing so, reopen the link you received and click ACCEPT INVITATION
  • You’ll be redirected to a new browser that contains a pre-filled token. Click REDEEM

I have already donde that. I have. Even using this account in premium for 2 months until some weeks ago, over night it changed to free account. But I'm still in the family plan.

In this Free account, can you see all your playlists from the Premium account?

 

If not, you are probably logging in a wrong account. Do you recall having a second one?

 

Please double check it and let me know.

I have the same problem and took the same steps you said but it didn't work.

Thanks for reaching out here and welcome to the Community!

 

First off, we'd suggest that you ask your plan manager to remove you from the plan and send you a new invite so you can re-join.

 

You should then head to spotify.com (preferably on a desktop device), click on Profile in the top right corner, and there click LOG OUT. After that, you can reopen the new invite link and log in again using the credentials for your Spotify account.

 

You can check the email address registered with your account here or reset the password in case you can't remember it. We'll then send you an email with a link to create a new password.

 

We'd also recommend checking out these ways to find if you have another account and close it to avoid confusion in the future.
