Inaccessible premium account

 I have an issue where there is no possible way for me to access an account which is currently on premium subscription. Its email was changed to an unknown one, and the support staff I got on chat with said the email was reset to my old one. This was a lie. The only thing that happened was that my fb account was severed and now that account is no longer accessible to me. I created a new account and filled out the contact form, twice, but instead of a support staff contacting me on chat I got non-helpful auto-generated emails.

Spotify is now essentially set to rob me of 99sek a month. What do I do?
