Hi all, 

My premium account is blocked due to missing the payment since then I'm not able to login anymore. The option 'Forgot my password' didn't work, unfortunately. Somehow I never receive the e-mail (already checked the spam folder). 

Are there people who have had the same issues or have any tips for me? I'm going to Nepal on Sunday and I would really, really miss the Spotify playlists.

So, therefore thanks in advance. Please, help me 🙂

It wasn't clear in your post if you were just visiting Nepal or moving there.

If you have moved there, I wanted to let you know that Spotify is now available in Nepal.

If you are having issues logging in and you tried all of the troubleshooting steps, you can contact Spotify Support.
