My Question or Issue
Hi there, I was looking at my personal information online yesterday while on Spotify and I noticed that someone has changed the email associated with the account. I have never seen this email address nor do I know a "Chucho Suarez." It seems as though my account has been hacked. I first noticed this when I was trying to change my password, it seems as though this person has also changed my password. To reset your password it sends an email to the address associated to the account. Obviously you can see my issue here. Please let me know what you can do. On another note, it is incredibly frustrating trying to sort this out without utilizing a hotline or customer service phone number. I think your customers would greatly benefit from having a customer service line to call. Thank you and have a great day.
