Incorrect email address and unable to reset password

Incorrect email address and unable to reset password

My Spotify account is linked to my Facebook account, however the email address showing on my Spotify account is no longer valid and has not been tied to Facebook for years.  The email address on Facebook is correct, and the information on the Facebook Spotify app is correct.  I've tried changing the email address on Spotify, and it requires me to enter my password.  It will not accept my Facebook password.  I tried resetting my password on Facebook, and Spotify will not recognize my new password.

I can't reset my password on Spotify because it is sending the link to an email address that no longer exists.  Please help.

If you contact support from your account, the support reply may probably go to the wrong email.

 

Log out of the Spotify website in your browser and fill out this contact form. Someone from Spotify will be happy to help you out.

 

Make sure you are logged out of any Spotify account in your browser when using the contact form or the username and custom email field will not show up. It is important so that you can enter the information of the account you are having trouble with. If you are logged in with a different account that is not having the problem, that account info will be used and support will be confused.

 

You should get a reply within 24hours. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com
