Incorrect email address for Spotify account created with Facebook

Incorrect email address for Spotify account created with Facebook

Hello all, I just registered for Spotify Premium, and was expecting an email as a digital receipt. However, upon checking my account settings, the email address listed is completely wrong and I have no way of fixing it. I created my account with Facebook, and my email address is correct in my Facebook account settings. Does anyone else have this issue/have a solution? I tried contacting Spotify as well, but I wouldn't be able to see their response since they are trying to send emails to a non-existent account.

 

I included some screenshots of my problem (with some info removed of course).

I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify throught the contact form below.

 

Contact form: http://bit.ly/SpotifyCFA (Make sure you're logged out of any Spotify accounts while using the form, it's best to use this form in ingocnito mode.)

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
