Incorrect numbers of following on account

I have incorrect number of following on my account.

The numbers show that I have 3 followings, but I actually am following only 2 profiles.

This is not an issue with PC, Mac, or iOS app. It is an issue with Spotify itself.

I contacted multiple times with represantatives via email, but they don't have a solution.

The only solution that I heard is that I should recreate account and transfer it.

I don't want to recreate my account.

Please fix this...

I tried to fix it, but I got some more incorrect countings of followings.

I currently unfollow every profile, but now it shows I have 4 followings.

See the last picture. (The loading mark never disappears.)

Very annoying.
