Incorrect username or password

Spotify logged me out. When I tried to log back in I get the incorrect username/ password. So I reset my password. Got the email with link and did everything I was supposed to but I still get the incorrect username and password pop up.
I can log in thru my phone just fine but I use spotify on my ps4 not my phone.
Even closed the application several times and restarted the ps4 and still can't log in.

It's possible that you're logging in with the wrong method. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.

I created the account on ps4, I didn't use my phone till I couldn't log in and to change my password. I got in finally by creating a new account.
