Increase in what I am paying without notifying me?

Hi,

I am a university student who having been paying the student discount for at least 2 years. Nothing has been a problem before so £4.99 until this month where it changed to full price. I was not notified of this and I still am a student? Can anyone tell me why this is the case, how to rectify/refund the difference from full price to student etc?

Just really confused in why this has happened.

That sounds not nice.

The thing is, the student discount only lasts 12 months. This is maybe the reason why it is expired.

I suggest you to sign in again and your discount will be apllied at your next payment day. ^^
