Increasing the members in a family plan

I've had a family plan for a few months.  Now I want to add a member to the account.  I know that there will be an additional $5/month charge.  There does not seemt to be any method at all to increase the number of members in a family plan.  i'd call support to work through this.  Where's the support line?

I know it's not the best way, but according to the help page, this is what Spotify says you have to do:

What if I want to add another subaccount to my plan?

The number of subaccounts (i.e. the number of people you can invite) that you selected during signup cannot be changed. You may however cancel the subscription – at which point all members of the plan revert to Free level subscriptions if the current billing month lapses. You would then sign up again, selecting the number of subaccounts you want. You may re-invite the people you want to keep on the plan.

Thanks Matt.

this really sucks.  i cannot belevie that it is this difficult to make this simple change.  this is almost not worth keeping, if im going to cancel than i mineswell consider other provider like Apple and Goodle... what a sad way to do business.
