How to solve this problem? My wife can't listen to her individual playlist at her device at the same time as I am listening to mine at my device. So, she is listening than to my playlist instead of hers. We have a family premiumaccount.

It sounds like you're both logged into the same Spotify account. Can you please make sure that you're all logged into your own accounts?

She has to sign up at https://spotify.com/signup first. Then you can invite her to the plan by following the instructions from this support article: https://support.spotify.com/article/premium-for-family/
