Inquiry: No Pin Receive (Smart)

Inquiry: No Pin Receive (Smart)

I'm subscribing my account from free to premium using mobile (Smart Carrier) but there's no message reply regarding the PIN. I don't know the first pin that they sent me. I'm texting the GETPIN to 8823 too, no reply there too. Any other option? Thank you

If this is still happening, we'd recommend reaching out to your mobile provider.
As they're managing your subscription, they'll be able to take a closer look.
