Interchange on Italy, Premium doesnt work.

I came to interchange on Italy on August 2016, with the premium account. My brother, from brazil took care of the premium account for our family. On January 2017 the premium stopped because he lost his credit card and had to change it on the premium account. But my premium vanished, and now i can`t change the country form Italy to Brazil again and get in of our premium account. What should i do?

Hey @bisartoretto,

Unfortunately, you have to reside at the same address as the plan owner to be able to join the plan which means that you won't be able to join it until you're back living in Brazil.
