International Problem

Hello I live in Germany and I have a bank account in the USA, I want to use this bank account to pay for the upgrade to premium. I need help to do so because everytime I try it won't let me.

Your payment card and your profile country need to be registered in the same country to verify your location and also to prevent card fraud. That is why you are currently unable to pay, seeing as I am guessing your profile is set to Germany?

You can only change your country to where ever your IP address geo-locates to, so most likely Germany. 

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and see if they can help you out.
