I have a Premium account opened in Spain but I have recently moved to Belgium and I am encountering some problems to use my Spanish account. I wonder if I should cancel my Spanish Premium account and open a new one in Belgium? Thanx for your answer, José

Spotify Premium does give you unlimited abroad access time, so you should just be able to use your account with all premium features in Belgium provided you continue to pay for it from your Spanish card.

I'm having a similar problem. I moved from Ireland to UK, changed by location and updated my card details but the spotify app on my mac thinks it's in offline mode or that I have to upgrade because I'm in a different country. I have upgraded to premium - still nothing. Any ideas?

I would suggest you try a quick clean reinstallation of the application and see if that makes any difference?

It semt like I could not access to my Spanish account from Belgium.
I canceled my suscription in the meantime, trying to solve my doubts.
Do you know if I could reactivate my premium account? With the same privileges as I had previously?
Being Movistar client in Spain gave me a 50% off in the final price .
If it is possible to reactivate it I would be more than happy to continue enjoying Spotify as Premium.

You would have to get in touch with Movistar again, since they would need to set the subscription up again for you.

I have registered as Premium again with Movistar privileges.
