Invitation to Family Account

I sent an invitation to my daughter to join the family premium account. She accepted and filled in her invitation with her details but it kept coming back to the beginning with an error. She has her own free account that she set up on her own. Can I not somehow add her account to mine. The e-mail invitation that she tries to accept is to her e-mail that she uses for her free account.

Hi @kjc11,

I guess your daughter has to login on the Spotify website first to let the invention link work properly.

After she has done that, she can click Redeem invention in the email.

The “Redeem token” web page will open in the browser with a long redeem token number pre-filled. Click REDEEM.
