Invite not being received by family member

Hi,

 

I have been trying to send an invite to my sister's email and she isn't receiving the emails. I have cancelled the invite and requested it again but it still doesn't work.

Solved the problem in the end.

 

So the issue arises when someone logs in via "Facebook". The person invited to the family membership plan didn't set up a Spotify account with a username and password.

 

So she ended up creating a new Spotify account for her using the same email as she logs into Facebook with. I then invited the new account and she received the email.

 

After that, she continued to login via facebook and it was fine.

Same problem here !

I have sent an invitation to my wife. She did not receive any email (hotmail address), despite several tests. I checked in her spam folder.
