Inviting my son to family premium but says the code is invalid

Inviting my son to family premium but says the code is invalid

I am the account owner of a premium family subscription.  I am inviting one of my sons to join and each code he receives, his android phone says the code is invalid.  Is there a simple fix for this?

Hey @fitz1, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
