Inviting wife to family plan. She gets invitation, but the app remains "free" and not premium.

My Question or Issue

I have invited my wife to our family plan several times. Via email and via text. She clicks on the invitation and then clicks "Accept." I can see that she's accepted on my account page. However, when she opens the app it doesn't acknowledge that she's part of the family plan. It still says "Free." I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that didn't help. Very frustrating.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

The account she used to accept the invite is likely different from the one she's using within the Spotify app.

 

I recommend asking her to visit https://spotify.com/account to see if it says that the account is part of your Premium Family plan.
