Invoice should be out of VAT as per Intracom accounting rules

My Question or Issue

We are located in Belgium and our subscription has been made under our VAT registered company in Belgium for internal use.

Every month Spotify is charging us VAT incl. As far as I know, all VAT informations mentioned on the monthly receipt concern a Swedish VAT, which goes totally against the intracom invoicing rules between different countries inside EU ? Spotify should charge our belgian company with amount VAT free!

Please could you clarify this point quickly in order to correct this situation asap!
