Iphone premium account erased after installing spotify on new PC

I have had a premium account on my iphone for months. I just installed Spotify on my new pc. Looking at my profile it says that I am using the free version not premium.

I used to run the free version on my old pc, but have not used it in a long time. I connected both devices to the same wifi and all my old pc playlist are now synched to my iphone, and my premium account on my iphone is now erased. Really annoying!

Hey there are you trying to use right account? If, you need to Subscribe to be able to use Premium. If any error messages, post here.

If renew process fails, the account become to free. Maybe there is this thing?

I have looked at your account and can only find a Free one linked to your Facebook.  Could you please contact the support team at this link?  They will then be able to help you find your Premium account.  If you can list any other email addresses or usernames that you may have used, that would help them find the account.
