Is a refund possible?

Kind of freaking out. I'm broke at the moment and I thought I cancelled spotify months ago. It just charged th 10.81 to my account. I only had just enough to pay my phone bill so it doesn't get shut off while I'm applying to new jobs. Now I can't keep my phone on, it will be shut off today.

I need an immediate refund. is this possible? I haven't used spotify all year. I thought I canceled it. My bank statements show I've been getting charged every month. I don't really care about that. I just need an immediate refund for the charge that was applied today. I can't find any e-mail or phone numbers to call to ask for help. Does anyone know how?
