Is my Spotify account hacked?

So many times now when I open Spotify on my iphone or mac, someone else is playing music through Spotify Connect. I then need to choose "this iphone" or "this mac".

My "Daily mix" 1, 2, 3 are a big mess with 100% latin music - I for sure never listened to any similar music (no offense latin music lovers).

I have a Spotify Premium Family subscription, but it´s not any family member´s name (or music taste) that´s shown. I log on Spotify with my facebook account. 

Is my Spotify account hacked? Or even worse: Is my facebook account hacked?

Thanks for posting in the Community. Can you please go to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/, change your password and press the "Sign out everywhere" button?
