Is my account being hacked?

Hi. I found there are unknown devices using my spotify account. At the same time there are unknown playlists which are not created by myself. I suspect that my spotify account is hacked by someone or some errors occured? What should I do?

That doesn't sound good. First, go to your account page here https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ and change your password. 

Then you should sign out from all devices associated with your account. 

If the problem persists (or if the hacker has changed your password already) you should contact Spotify here https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/
