Is my account being hacked?

I'm a premium account user. Sportify on my desktop crashed and corrupted a few days ago forcing me to reinstall. Upon opening it today, all my old playlists are gone and I become a free user instead of a premium user. Some of my account info are wrong and I tried to change it without success. I logged out and relogging in, and I found even my email address has now been changed! What's happening? Where do I complain about it and get it fixed?

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

 

 

 

They can also be reached through their Facebook Page SpotifyCares or their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares.

 


If you use the online contact form instead of Facebook or Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
