Is my premium old?

Is my premium old?

So I've had Spotify premium for a while. It's $10 a month. I remember them saying I could share it with 3 accounts total. I've been trying to get my husband to be able to use it but to no avail. I just heard about premium family! Is this the new "premium?" I am super confused and want to be able to share with my husband. But still pay $10 if possible

Hello @Nadia28, thanks for posting!

Just to clarify, you can have up to 3 devices to download music on, not to share the account with 3 users. It's personal account and can be used by only one person at a time.

Premium for Family is available for you and up to 5 family members.

So my husband should be able to download music on his? Like a premium account? But we won't be able to listen at the same time?

That's right, he can download music on his phone (signed with your account) but you can't listen at the same time, otherwise, it'll detect that someone else is listening with the same account.

Do even once he has downloaded a playlist of music, we can't listen at the same time?
Like offline listening...?

Another question: I have a Spotify account through my Facebook. My husband has tried to sign into my account but can't because he already has Facebook on his phone. So it won't let him. Any way around this?

About the first question, I'm afraid that you can't listen at the same time.

About the facebook login, let him try to sign in with your email and password for facebook, not to click on the facebook button, that should help : )

If not, reply back here and I'll see what I can suggest.
