I'm really confused, because when the promo first began, there was a banner
within the app, and I clicked on it, but never received a promo code or
anything.. I forgot about it until yesterday, only to find out I missed it,

Hey @Kutsen,

If you've gotten an email or banner about it, it was most likely before 1/1/2020 because that's when the offer ended. If you didn't receive a promo code or confirmation before that date, then you won't be able to get the Google Home Mini since the offer has ended.
