Is there any way to talk to an actual Spotify person.

I have been asking, trying to get Spotify people to notice my problems but not getting too far.  Is there a way to talk to someone at Spotify.

If not bye bye premiumn.  While the music is ok the service and interface is not. Not being able to ask someone that might care if I leave makes me believe that eventually Spotify will just disappear since companies that ignore there customers disappear.

To get in touch with them, you can fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will get in touch with you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
