Is there really a 60 hour weekly limit for non-premium users?

Is there really a 60 hour weekly limit for non-premium users?

Or my Spotify just lost it? Whenever I try to play a song (from app or web player) it says something like in the title and I have to wait a week. I was searching the internet for clues but I stumbled on nothing. So I thought maybe it's a very rare occurrence and wanted to learn is there something to do to prevent this (besides going premium ofc 🙂

There is no limit for free users. Free users can listen to as much music as they want supported by ads.
