I am trying to switch from a premium subscription to a student premium subscription. I put my credit card info in and it took me to a student verification form. When I put in my name and college into the form it says "a problem has occurred." Is this just a temporary bug or am I doing something wrong?
We'd recommend trying to subscribe from a different browser or using an incognito window. No need to worry, you won't get any charges until the process is completed.
