Issue Connexion w/ Spotify Web Player by Facebook.

Hello,
As you can see, everything (almost) is in the title.

I'm a premium member, I'm listening to music on Spotify Web Player and I connect myself to it with Facebook.

For now a couple of weeks, it doesn't work anymore. I can't connect myself when I clic on " Log-in with Facebook ".
It keeps charging for years and nothing happen.
My computer and web browser (Firefox) are in good health, I take cake of it. I got no problems (as viruses), I checked many times with last version of Avira.

If it can answer some of your questions :
- Yes I tried another web browser (Google Chrome & Internet Explorer)
- Yes I've searched in Spotify Helping Solutions and didn't find my problem.
- Yes I made a complet check-up of my computer with Avira & CCleaner to found whatever could be the problem.
- I've searched on google if someone else had the same issue w/ these key-words : "Spotify" , "Web" , "Player" , "Facebook" , "Connection" and "Issue". No solutions found.
- I've also search on Facebook Helping Solutions and Facebook's settings and didn't find what I was searching for.
- Login-in with my Facebook credentials.

I'm now here posting my first message to get any help.

I can see you did a lot of searching on the case.

But how about logging in with your facebook credentials? 🙂

Just fill the form using your facebook e-mail and password and try to log in.

hey guys i just have a simple but important question, im using spotify since a long time, the problem is that one day i lost my credit card, so i call the bank and ask to block my credit card and they say me that the wil give me a new one, so the question is, if i had spotify premium with my credit card the one that get lost, do i have to confirm again all the information of the new credit card if i want to keep the premium account? and i ask this because the security code is diferent in the new credit card, please help me

I've also tried. I've got this message in red-color : " Username and password incorrect "
I'll update my first message.

If you want I can make a video-capture on my computer when trying to connect.

Edit: This is weird, I can connect myself to community spotify w/ my Facebook account but I can't on Spotify Web Player...

I'm glad that you found my topic was the good place to ask your question. I hope you'll get an answer to your problem as soon as possible.

I'm not a specialist and I don't know if I am right, but maybe you'll have to update your new credit card informations on your spotify account (if your credit card has a new serial-number and security code of course).

I'm waiting for someone else to confirm.
