Hello Spotify,

 

I tried to submit a user form, but your process is broken and says "my session has ended" before I can submit.

 

My true problem is below:

Hello Spotify,

I am being charged twice, once from an address Stockholm on the 11th of MArch, and once from an address on Amsterdam on Feb 24th.

I do not have two accounts. No one else has access to my American Express and I have not allowed anybody else to set up additional accounts.

Why am I getting double charged?

This is something our Accounts team needs to look into. Get in touch with them via this contact form, on Twitter with the @SpotifyCares handle, or on our Facebook page.

 

If you get the same error message, try clearing your cache/cookies and give it another go.

I tried using your "contact form" and it kept erroring out. Can you please
give me another method reaching out to your teams that isn't facebook or
twitter?

We're afraid these are our support channels at the moment.

Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies, or doing it from an incognito window?
