My Question or Issue

When I want to register an account for email address *snip* it tells me at the last step of registration that the email is already assigned to an account and that I shall login.

 

When I try to reset the password for the above email address Spotify tells me that there is no account with this email address.

Thanks for reaching out - we’re here to help!
 

If you see an error message saying that no Spotify account is linked to the email address, try again with any other email addresses you have.

 

Tip: Check your inboxes for emails from Spotify. If you have any, there’s likely an account associated with that email address.

 

If you can’t find an email address connected to a Spotify account, your account might be connected to Facebook. On the log in page, try LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK.

 

If it doesn’t do the trick, we’ll provide you with further help.
