When creating a new account of my Family Plan, I put his email address, but when receiving his invitation, he has always the same error message saying his email address is not associated to a Spotify Account. I sent multiple times the invitation, change his email address, cancel the invitation, but always the same error message. Can you please help ?

It sounds like the family member is trying to log into a non-existing account. If they don't have an account yet, they'll need to create one at https://spotify.com/signup before they'll be able to accept the invite. 🙂
