Issue with Family account - cant change account's location

Issue with Family account - cant change account's location


I upgraded to Family plan because all members of our family now use Spotify, it's an awesome service!


Unfortunately I have a small problem. My sister's account can't be joined :(. It says that she needs to be in the same country, but she is.


We previously lived in Slovakia, but we moved to Czech Republic. Her payments were dealt with a Slovakian debit card and her Country of residence was Slovakia. Now as we want to switch, I canceled her Premium. Her aacount profile says that the country is Slovakia. Then I click on EDIT Profile and there it says that the country is Czech Republic. I also tried to add a payment option with a Czech debit card, but no effect and I am still been refused with the Family plan invitation.


Can anybody help?
